We pride ourselves on customer service, so to ensure that your treatment(s) start and end on time, we have established the following policies:
Appointments: Please arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your appointment, to complete paperwork and change into a bathrobe, if receiving a spa treatment. In order to respect the time of our other clients, those who arrive late will have that much less time for their service(s), and will be charged in full.
Cancellations: If you cannot keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee regardless of rebooking. All no-show appointments will be charged in full.
Re-Scheduling: We request that if you do need to re-schedule an appointment, that you give us the courtesy of a 24 hour notice as well, so that it allows sufficient time to schedule another client.
Gift Certificates: Are valid for a specified dollar amount, are good for one year from the date of purchase, and are not redeemable for cash. Not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Prices: Vary upon therapist, please allow yourself to become familiar with the different therapist’s prices and services. Prices are subject to change. Click Here to learn more.
Medical concerns: Some treatments are contraindicated if you have minor or severe health problems/issues and/or communicable or contagious conditions. These may include Athletes Foot or Fungus, Diabetes, Numbness or Tingling in limbs, Blood pressure problems, circulatory disorders, etc. It is very important to disclose any and all information about your personal health with your practitioner. Nail services cannot be performed if you have or think you may have: Athletes Foot/Fungus, Open sores or any other communicable skin disorder.
Cellular telephones: For the courtesy of other guests, we ask that you please turn your cell phone ringer off when entering the building.
Personal items: Please leave all valuables at home. TipTop will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Children: Whether you are a busy stay-at-home mom or dad, or a busy professional, you can now bring your kids to this unique family-friendly spa. We do not provide babysitting services, but have designed this area where your children can play quietly or view a movie, and you can watch them as you receive a pedicure, manicure, or facial waxing service. Please realize obnoxious kids will ruin your experience, and that of other guests, so leave kids that require extra care at home. (Otherwise, we may need to ask you to reschedule.) We have a non-toxic infant gate to separate you, designed to help protect your child from dangerous spa tools or product the practitioner is using. While we aim to keep the kid's play area free from harmful objects, please take care to review the surroundings before your spa service begins. Previous children may have left a small object not suitable for infants or toddlers.
Pets: The State of Oregon does not allow pets in spas, so please leave them at home. (Exception for seeing eye dogs or other necessities may be allowed.)
